We tend to take so much for granted. Clean oceans? Endangered species being protected? No more animal testing or animal abuse? Unless we actively seek out information on what’s happening to our environment and animal welfare issues, we would have no idea how bad things are. Luckily for us, there are groups of people that have created organizations to improve upon the state of the environment and to stop animal abuse and protect endangered species. The majority of these organizations are non-profit and depend upon the support from people like you.
One of my favorite quotes is by John Grogan, author of Marley and Me. He said and I have to agree, “Animal lovers are a special breed of human, generous of spirit, full of empathy, perhaps a little prone to sentimentality, and with hearts as big as a cloudless sky.” Cheers to all animal lovers!
